BMW X5 - dealer allowance clarification

Hi All,

I am looking to leasing an X5 and wanted to understand should I consider the below offer similar to the conquest rebate $750 i.e. this is something above the base discount the dealer gives on the MSRP.

MANUFACTURER OFFERS -

Dealer Allowance: $2,000 Cash Back On Select BMW Models -* $2,000 cash back
Offer only valid 5/20/2019 through 6/02/2019
Applies to select new 2019 BMW X5.

This month comes from bmw and is unrelated to the dealer discount. The will of course try to use that money and say they are giving it to you. That is why it is important to differentiate between bmw incentives and actual dealer discount.

I had received couple of leasing quotes from dealers before May 20 and since this offer is effective after 20 May I am assuming this is a recent offer…Also, I didn’t see this being considered in any of the offers being made for X5 in the forum as part of May specials.

Also I am assuming this applies to Leasing

I don’t see the X5 lease incentive on Dave’s excel sheet so don’t know what it applies to.
