BMW X3 Negotiation - How am I doing?

OK, I have been going back and forth between dealers, brokers and various listings. Here is where I have landed so far on one we like:

2019 X3 xDrive

$51,XXX MSRP
12% off MSRP
$45,XXX Selling Price
-$3500 incentives including loyalty
-$1000 OL Code
7 MSD ($3500) to bring MF to .0011
12K/36 Mos
57% Residual
Plus various fees

Leasehackr score of 9.7

Payment about $460/ month including tax
Not including the like $320 back from BMWCCA

Can I apply fleet anywhere in this deal? Anything I am missing? TYIA

Leave apart incentives . Try to hit selling Price 15% off on MSRP before any incentives then apply all your incentives and then your deal should be good …

15% on a new unit?

Wowza

I have seen it couple of my fiends hit 15.2 % few months back …

@Bostoncarconcierge: You can help him too.

Did you just volunteer my services? Lol

A few months back was April and “the great bmw giveaway of 2019 (MY18)”

I opened with 15% across the board on new, they all wanted to give me that on a loaner. Most would only go to 10% on new and I got a few at 12%. None higher.

12% is solid for a new car

I wouldn’t expect 15 and I certainly would not take it only if you can get 15

That guy has been here for 6 days lol

Did I spell wrong ?

I’m fairly certain 15% off on a new X3 would be losing about $5K for the dealer. I could be wrong and will own it if I am. (Any BMW dealer please chime in  )

If your friends got that, it’s fantastic, but not the norm for a great deal.

12% is very nice w base MF for a new car.

12% is average in the market, any dealer can give it . it’s up to you how you negotiate to get the numbers between 12 to 15%.

I certainly say it’s achievable… I have seen it .

Technically, yes. I’m pretty sure that you have “friends,” not “fiends,” telling you about prices.

Then how come you settled for 18 on your DEMO car?

Appreciate for correcting my spelling…

That’s what I am saying . I may not be good at negotiating. I am just giving my thoughts and I am just sharing the real numbers of my friends…

Don’t mistaken me… It’s my view . Not to defend anyone …

Yeah but I wouldn’t recommend people getting 15% (not knowing if your fiends actually got it)

AND ESPECIALLY if you can’t even get it for yourself

What data points do you have to support that?

It’s just unfortunate that many are misguided by posts or comments like this. It’s too vague and there are too many variables. Hence my emails as of recent, “I’ve heard you can give 20% off of MSRP.”
