It looks like you probably have somewhere in the ballpark of $365 per month in rent assuming RV is about 57% plus about $37 in taxes, which would leave about $100 in interest payments per month.
I don’t know how X3’s are leasing now and you didn’t provide enough information, so I can’t comment on the deal very specifically other than to say it seems high for that MSRP.
$2K seems really high for registration, taxes and 1st month. First month is $500, What is the other $1500?
You are in Seattle so you’re not paying sales tax upfront. And no way registration is $1500, even in the People’s Republic of King County.
