My 2021 BMW X3 was broken into and belongings were stolen. Rear passenger window was smashed.
Do I need OEM window to be good at lease end?
As long as the replacement window is up to OEM standards then it will be fine. It doesn’t necessarily have to be the exact same brand (or whatever) that came on the car originally.

Interesting. I just called a dealer and he said that I need OEM. Who is the right person to contact?
You don’t need OEM. Call a couple of glass companies and price them out. It’s the same for front windshield as well.
