How did you go from a Palisade to an X3?
I test drove a Palisade while waiting to test drive a Genesis. It was amazing even though I don’t need all the room. The Genesis was kind of a disappointment. Probably due to the fact that the palisade was a signature and it was like driving a lavish hotel room.
This X3 size is about what I can get buy with in NYC albeit a bit small. I don’t have time to become an expert so it seems like a broker is the best choice for me.
Go with a broker but find some damn value for your money. Did you “build” an X3 on the bmw website and see what a $45k X3 comes with? And doesn’t come with?
Does $572 all-in for that car sound like good value to you?

11% at base MF without massive dealer fees.
You might be able to beat or match on your own, but definitely not without some work.
I think before April and may, 12% on x3 builds was being offered by some of the east coast people.

Good thing there’s more than one make & model for sale in the country
Most cars do not lease well. This is truer now than it has ever been.
So unless you are willing to push this boulder uphill, you need to look at other makes/models that lease better and offer more value per dollar.

There’s probably better value elsewhere, but sometimes you want the car- and you just have to do the best you can for THAT car.
