Bmw x3 first lease ever

That’s right I included the acquisition fee with the doc fee. Based on that calculator I don’t know where to add the dmv fees or how much they would be. Same for rebate tax.

Good call. I neglected the mileage penalty. This one shows 4,964.

I haven’t read anything about a mileage penalty do you mind explaining please.

Found the answer that would be for the miles on the loaner. 4964 x. 2 would that be correct?

It’s been covered here.

@Wtflexus No, it should be (4964-500) * .25 = $1,116.

Truth be told if this was an 18 this is an ok deal. Assume great credit at .00152 you can get a 2018 at that price. Which would be a way nicer car. If you have any questions PM me.

Back in February I leased a demo 2017 X3 s2.8… ~7350 miles on the clock. Was leased to me as a ‘new’ vehicle.

MSRP $49900
Selling price $42361
Gross Cap Cost $43795
Residual $29359

Use whatever math you want but the RV on this was 59%

Unless your dead set on leasing a BMW…lease a Lexus, or Jeep GC.

Your at 1.13% of MSRP
Mine was at 1.09% of MSRP…back in February before the 18’s were out.

You can’t really compare the monthly payment percentage of MSRP from Feb to now as too many things have changed. Your car would be much worse off now with the extra RV hit for >5K miles.

The better comparison that OP could get from your numbers is a target selling price discount before any manufacturer offers.

Hi all,

I am in Socal and interested in a 2017 x3. Any recommendations on a good sales contact in any of the Socal bmw dealerships?

Thank you.
