30, and 36 terms were $304, and $309/month.
Any suggestions on how to get this lower? Perhaps get down to 0 DAS keeping same payment?
Find out what MF they are using and if they are marking it up, ask for buy rate of 0.00177 (assuming Tier 1 credit). Use 7 MSDs to bring MF down to 0.00142.
Will find out in the morning, I’ll ask for an email with full details. Quote is assuming Tier 1 (FICOs are in lower 800’s with multiple loans paid off over the years so this is likely the case)
Seeing as the 24mo quote is most advantageous, worth it to go to 36?
Not sure how lease climate will look like in 2 years.
I’d also see if they have tax credits that could be applied - I just saw you were in Texas so if you can avoid having to pay tax on the full sale price of the car, that’ll probably help too.
With regards to 24 months versus 36 months, seeing as you’ll be putting about 30k miles on the car, you may be better off going with a shorter lease term to hopefully the need for new tires, etc.
You may also ask them to waive the acquisition fee in lieu of the MF bump. Once you have the MF they are currently using, you can play with the numbers to see which option benefits you.
I asked about tax credit, none available unfortunately!
I’ll check on trading the acq fee for higher MF (should wash out if I take the shorter lease?)
Ah bummer! I’m no BMW expert, but from the reading I’ve done on here, I believe on the 24 mo lease, you’ll end up saving if you waive the acq. fee. Definitely play w/the calculator though to confirm!
I’ve got another deal in the works but it feels like something’s off. (Money factor?) This one is lease and not owners choice.
Also, wife likes the color combo a LOT better. (Happy wife, happy life)
Tomorrow will talk to F&I to see where we can improve on this, until then any advice is welcome…

You a need lease sheet/break down on this deal, I’ve played with the numbers in the calculator and something doesn’t add up. Also need how many mile are on it.
I’m off by about $16
myself if I consider the lease cash taxed (confirmed it should not be)
So should see a different number from F&I.
Mileage is just under 4K
Post your calculator link, I was coming up with significant difference.
Since I’m not putting the full TTL down I did put negative down payment
In Michigan, nothing could be replicated like this. German cars are so expensive here. Cadillacs and Trucks tho are dirt cheap. So are SRT’s. I wish I could get a Bimmer in Michigan for the 300’s.
Ya, I have noticed no deals on BMWs here. Also, I never see any deals posted here for people in Michigan
Using $5,500 lease cash taxed (which it should not be), then number comes to $360 (close…but again this should not be taxed)
Take out the colon on the negative cash.
Roll everything in, get buy rate and do MSD’s
Or better yet, bump the MF .0005 waive the acq fee and go 24mo
Yup, as I set it up in the calc. Just MSD’s
Interesting. What is best way to structure this with F&I or do I need to do this with my salesperson?
First you need them to drop the MF to buy rate or discount the car more to offset the markup, then ask for a lease sheet with everything rolled in and max msd’s. That’s how I would do it, I assume you have been communicating with the salesperson. If you go 24mo waive the acq fee with the MF bump
