Bmw quoted prices

All these quotes are based on ALL TAXES and fees rolled into the monthly payment. All based on 12k/year.
I also got 6% discount on MSRP, then $3k rebate on 3 series, and $2k rebate on 4 series.

$481.69 per month - 2017 320xi @ MSRP $39,000

$578.87 per month – 2017 330xi @ MSRP $46,500

$747.97 per month – 2018 430xi Gran Coupe @ MSRP $51,000

Isn’t there something about a 1% rule, or does that only count without all taxes and fees rolled in? NY taxes.

thanks guys!

Looks overpriced. 20 characters

This was last November. They were clearing out the 2016s. You should be able to get a deal in November or December. I would wait to see what there is.

Make sure to check on here for a deal and then compare there.

Generally your payment should be 1% or less of the MSRP and that’s a good deal.

Bmw dont generally have high residual or MF so getting the sale price down is the best bet

Agreed, but this is with all taxes and fees rolled in. All I’m paying out the door is first month. Still should be under 1%?

Yes still under 1%. Tax only like 25 bucks. Idk what fees they are including.

1% should include tax etc…

My deal I paid first months only and no additional fees.

Personally I would shy away from BMW. They don’t lease well lately and their cars are pretty bare unless you get a ton of options which is why I got rid of mine. A 45k car without a backup camera. Lol Bmw.

For 480 you can get MUCH nicer cars

The 1 percent rule excludes taxes. How can possibly compare something fairly when different states tax at different rates and even what they tax (sale price vs monthly).

If you are in NY and cant get a good deal you should contact @nyclife and use his broker services.
