BMW One-pay and Lender's credit in TX

,

Many lifetimes ago (pre-pandemic), I was able to get a 24mo one-pay lease deal done in TX. At that time, that specific car was not offered with lenders credit, but by doing one-pay it was automatically granted, I paid 1.25% tax rate. I never really knew if that was dealer BS or actually a BMWFS rule/program in TX.

Fast forward, I’m looking towards leasing another BMW, wonder if this has ever been the case? And more importantly, how about now?

Thank y’all in advance!

I feel sure if there was any type of lender tax credit available on BMWs now, @IAC would publicize it.

No longer a thing as a rule.
There’s exceptions from time to time but it is strictly on a VIN specific basis and often only by calling in a favor with regional director.

Also, 24mo leases generally make less than zero sense with BMW these days even with a ridiculous discount.
