What’s the lease end buyout? Feels like this should have some equity?

Lease End buyout: 60K!

Sent a message and phone num. Thanks

There is only 6 months and 20 days left before lease maturity. Can the lease still be transferred? I do not know if the transfer has to be completed or just started more than 6 months before lease end.

BMWFS T&C require there to be at least 180 days left in the maturity of the agreement in order to do a transfer. That said, they’re averaging 4-6 business days for the entire process outside of the doc mailing timelines right now; i.e. this does seem viable.

I would think this has some solid equity - have you tried to sell to a BMW dealer? You could walk away with a check.

I PM’d you.

Still available? PM sent

I sent one 5 minutes after his last comment. He hasn’t opened Lh since.

My guess is he figured out there’s 20k equity with that buyout.

Quite a bit less than 20, especially since the fact that the tires would be close to replacing prior to turning in. Offered him quite a bit of cash.

Getting 80k would be easy on this. So a clean 18k after new tires.

You offered 2k bro… this is very far away from being “a lot of cash”

congrats on the equity but don’t hate on others for not having done your research  you came here offering a transfer so people were willing to proceed. thanks to others you found out that you can take advantage of the equity so good on you.

Looks like the car is sold. OP - let mods know if you need to re-open
