I had a $260 over milleage charge from old BMW lease. Called BMW financial services and asked them to forgive the balance since i have had 3 bmw leases in last 8 years. They said they ll be happy to give me a discount if i pay $170 now on the phone. i said great. i received the bill for the over millage 1 week ago. saved $90 for 3 minute phone call
