Not sure where you are but in florida until you take actual deluvery of the vehicle you can back out even if you signed all documents. Specially in the case of dealer no being able to delivwr the car when promised… they knew they didnt have the car when they sent papers over, or they sell it to a retail customer and make more money and screw the broker customer that is getting a great deal
BTW, CarMax still does this. I bought a Tesla Model X in Dec 2022, and returned it 30 days later in Jan 2023. They returned my entire $85K no questions asked. Amazing customer service BTW.
