For $8,000, it’s $1031.45.
Dealer discount and actual incentives need to be separated in your calc.

Please talk with a broker on here, IAC is very helpful. You should be able to get 9 to 10 percent off and the 9900, also never put money down on a lease unless it is MSD, which is a deposit that lowers your MF rate and you get it back at the end of the lease. If you put money down and the car is totaled in a accident, you will not get that money back.
Talk to a broker, especially IAC/IAC_Scott.
My iX had similar MSRP and I’m paying $960/month for 10,000 miles, only first month due at signing plus $7,000 in MSDs that I’ll get back. I rolled all the fees, etc into the lease.
As recommended (appreciate all comments!), I reached out to @IAC_Scott, however iX stock in PNW region is non-existent! Did anyone succeed in securing a deal recently in this region?

We certainly can.
Worth investigating options and pricing even out of state. Shipping costs money but the guys at IAC saved me at least $100-200 a month compared to local dealers so it was a no brainer.
Luckily it was an east coast dealer but cross country shipping isn’t price prohibitive and you can turn car in locally at lease end.
