I saw that 2024 CPO models might qualify through extended lease support, but I have no idea if that’s true or not. Can someone who works with BMW leases confirm, and if that’s true is there a list somewhere of the current RV/MF options?

And would any of these incentives be stackable?

I will hazard a guess that whoever told you that was referring to dollar-based residual which is usually absolute garbage and, no, you cannot stack new car incentives on DBR.
