You can keep your originals for the last X months of use before lease return and buy tires at Costco. Road hazard, rotation, balance etc all included in the price.
You’re going to buy tires before returning the lease anyway, might as well plan ahead and be covered for most of the duration.
That’s terrible… I would get a Lemon Law attorney who specializes in your state. They’ll get your money back and have BMW buy back your car!
I had various issues but less than you with my Audi E-Tron and Audi USA Customer Service were absolutely useless! I then hired a NY Lemon Law Attorney, who sent one letter and Audi USA accepted to buy the car back and refund me all of my lease money back (ONE whole year of having the car). Only money lost was the registration fee and some (under $1,000).
