I noticed bmw is doing a Feeding America event that gives an extra thousand dollars off. In the byline it shows “The MY19 & MY20 X7 and 8 Series (all variants), MY19 & MY20 M2 Competition, M5 (all variants), MINI vehicles and BMW Pre-Owned/CPO vehicles do not qualify.” That lead me to question, is a loaner considered a pre owned or cpo car?
