I have an M340i with the standard suspension, and both my wife and I think it’s comfortable. I have back issues, and still think it’s comfortable. I drive it in sport plus manual mode 99% of the time and drive it like a teenager sometimes with zero problems.
I did come from a CLA45 AMG which was so stiff it felt like your teeth were going to fall out from even the smallest road seam.
