i got an offer 540i(new) following,

$850 drive off (included your tax/title/registration), 36 months, 10K miles a year, $688 a month including tax.

Is this a good deal ?

Need more info like MSRP and cap cost. BMWs don’t lease well anymore, but this might be a decent deal for a 540.
