Bmw 540i M sport loaded $630 a month

Hi guys!

Took some time to make this deal happen but lease is signed and car is in our garage. My wife had a 5 series which they took off 3 payments and depo fee. Also her car needed 4 tires, all wheels were badly rashed and front and back bumper were damaged. All damaged were waived. Overall very happy with the deal!!

Year, Make, Model, and Trim: [2017 Bmw 540i]

MSRP: [$69,360]
Selling Price: [$60,760]
rebates: $5,000
Trade-in: [$0]

Months: [36]
Annual Mileage: [10,000]

MF: [.00152]
Residual: [61%]

Security Deposit: [$0]
Total Due At Signing: [$1,500]
Monthly Payment (incl. tax): [$630]

Zip Code: [90000]
Sales Tax Rate: [9.5%]

can u please break down the rebate? i’m debating a 17 or 18. I see the residual is 1% lower on the 17s

From what I know both 17 and 18 have the same residual.

I believe it was the following;
$2,000 holiday
$2,000 Bmw 5 to 5
$1,000 fleet

Really strong deal… I have a CA in the DC metro area that would match this, if anyone is interested.

Hi, new to the forum and really appreciate all of you and your time! I’ve been debating between the porsche cayenne, RRS and bmw m550. I know, not the most intuitive comparison.
So here is where i am now after extensive research and back n forth with dealers (located in DC area btw). 2017 cayenne’s are scarce and the RV has plummeted in Dec. not much discount on the '18s and MF is steady at 0.002. So, not many deals and the 1% rules seems impossible on the car. The absolute best quote I got was on an '18 cayenne platinum at $960/mo with $0 down (74k msrp).
The RRS has too many tech issues which will be improved in '18 but I can’t wait much and dealers aren’t discounting '17s much. That brings me to the M550. Love the car and the engine! But not seeing any strong deals. Most dealers in my area start at 0.0019 on the MF and are not willing to discount the car much (yet they’re okay discounting the 540 10%+). I’m trying to stay below $800/mo with $0 down. Any recommendations on how I should negotiate or dealers/POCs I should talk with?

With 0 down you would need a 14% discount (with 7% tax) if the car was 81k to be at 800 a month. It simply isn’t going to happen.

It depends on the incentives you qualify for. For example, if you’re a former F10 owner or lessee, there is a $2k loyalty credit + $2k in holiday cash + $1k in Corp Fleet + $1k in the northeast certificate = $6k in rebates.

Then if you get that $81k car at invoice (eg 6% discount) + the $6k in incentives you’re at $70,140/81,000 = 86.5% (or a discount of 13.5%).

I know a dealer that has sold the M550 under invoice before incentives, so a deal can be made, but this is the month to do it.

rkinra - Interested and in the DC area … could you PM me or send me details ?

Done! Check your PM.

Thanks for the info, greatly appreciate it. I’m also interested in your offer. Also any additional recommendations, I’m all eyes/ears.

Which offer? I PM’d you the contact name & # of my CA.

Happy to help you, so please let me know what you need. Send me a Private Message (PM).

Thanks for your feedback. Rkinra, I’ll respond to your PM - thanks! If I can’t get the m550 within my budget I’ll settle for a 540 M sport. But I have seen where dealers voluntarily are offering the m550 for about 8% off. BMW of Towson has one with MSRP around $77K and advertised sale price at $72K. The main challenge I’m facing is trying to get them to offer an aggressive discount and the base MF. They don’t seem to be willing to do both. All dealers in the DC area I’ve interacted with (Sterling, Fairfax, Alexandria and Towson) say they’ll discount the car but the MF will be 0.00192!

Also since i’m not currently coming off a bmw lease i don’t qualify for loyalty and fleet (i think).

That’s too bad. Get the $1k cert.

I’m terms of Corp Fleet, it’s based on which company you work for. It also works based on being Alumi at some universities.

Ask Your CA if u qualify.

Is there a link to the $2k loyalty credit.
Also for 12k/24mos is the following correct:

MF: 00152
Residual: 64%

Update folks. Have an offer, after tons of negotiations. $79K msrp with 9.5% off sticker and $4K in rebates and 36/12. Payment is $777/mo with taxes and fees upfront. Should I pull the trigger?

This is on a 2018 m550

Pull it! And post some photos…

Looks like an Awesome deal! Which dealership? I would like to show work up to my dealer for competition please and thank you!!

Reading up on these posts now. Any chance I can PM you for that info? Would appreciate it a lot!
