Doesn’t fit the 1% rule but not the worst deal either if these options are all must have items.

I don’t have all the details but:

2017 BMW 540i
MSRP: $70,505
Monthly Payment: $670/mo
Down Payment: $2000 out of pocket (includes tax and first month)
Months: 30
Annual Mileage: 10K
MF: asking about it
Residual:asking about it
Available Incentives:
4K loyalty
Lease hackr score: I need the 2 important details mentioned above.

It is a BMW and it’s hard to get a BMW at 1%. 1.3% is more realistic.

That’s a myth that dealers would like you to believe. 0.8% is easily doable …

agree i got .74 on my deal

For a brand new? 2020

I haven’t seen any NEW 5 series for below 1% at this time. Loaners ok, but not new.

76k msrp I got for 757 w/ tax

Where have you seen easily doable 0.8% on a brand new 540?

In his crystal balls, where else

Dang, the best quote I ever got on a 2017 loaner was 829 a month.

I’ve gotten mid 500s on the 2017 540i (65k ish MSRP if I remember correctly), wait for incentive laden months. I believe this is the last month they will offer leases on the 17s.

Also had to utilize loyalty, OL code and grad.
