Which offer is best overall? Can I further negotiate on the sale price before, it’s already at 10% off MSRP?

Assume these are new cars and not loaners?

Correct. They both are new.

When you say the monthly payment is all-inclusive, what do you mean by that?
Usually all inclusive means 0 drive off, but your drive off on both cars is over $2600

Both offers are pretty much identical, just depends on which of the 2 vehicles you like more.

Drive-offs seem high. What do they include?

Sorry! I meant including tax

Is driver assistance package really worth it? M sport package is

The real question should be, is the 530e really worth effectively $700+/month to you? To me, no way in hell.

Drive-off break down: $925 acquisition fee, $650 license, first payment, $80 doc fee, tax on cap cost reduction

I think the discount is good for a brand new car and you’re getting buy rate. Like @jon, though, I would have a tough time dropping $700+ per month on a 530e.

If you like it and it is what you want, it’s just a matter of picking which options you want more.

What’s the average lease payment on these with zero down payment? I much rather aim for that or better.

For a brand new one, your offer is probably better than what most are paying. Very few people might have gotten up to 12% off, but the payment would still be fairly high. It’s just the way new BMW leases are nowadays with low incentives and high MF.

I got 12% off before the $500 fleet incentive back in December on a 530xi. The 530e xdrive would have been cheaper because the holiday cash was $3000 instead of $2000. I had loyalty and OL too. Without loyalty, I think my payment would have been $600 with zero drive off.

I wouldn’t do either unless sub $600 with your drive-offs

I don’t qualify for loyalty credit. The only credit I qualify for is $1000 lease credit, $1000 OL and $500 Costco. Also there isn’t any holiday cash for $2000 that’s available at the moment…

I know…I guess what I’m saying is I would wait for better incentives from BMW or shoot for $560 with $2600 drive off ( I calculated 7% tax on payment for this example).

Yeah that’s what I’m hoping for. I been playing around with the Lease Calculator. It looks like you didn’t select “I want to pay my acquisition fee upfront.” of $925 which brings the drive off to $3,610 with your added $1300 down payment.
