@joeblogs my interpretation of the OP is that the dealership quote is using incentives for the reduced selling price (as indicated by the $1K rebate included in the leasing grid) which is why the 36 month lease is $960 per month and why you can’t seem to reconcile the two. Also, no money factor listed so I would assume that OP is not getting buy rate either. So agree with you that OP needs to get a more detailed break-down of the offer but the offer is a bad deal because of the monthly payment.

Absolutely right. I talked to the dealer today and he basically said the lease is calculated based on a sales price of msrp- 1000$ rebate. So the sales price works out to 64490. I have sent him an email asking for the sales price to be worked out to 58519 for the lease as well with an MF of 0.00166 and RV of 60% for a sure sale tomorrow.
