First time posting here for help because looking at my last lease deal I did pretty bad. What do you guys think about this deal in Chicago $499 without MSD’s. Also its for 10k miles not 12k. Should I wait for next month’s incentives or it looks like a solid deal?
Is this a new car or a loaner? There is $750 lease credit, so if you don’t qualify for any other incentive it means they gave you a 16% dealer discount.
Do you know the MF they are using?
Its a new car, I qualify for loyalty and I think .00100 not sure so I asked what are your thoughts on how this deal is looking?
Then the discount is ~12.2%. If the MF is base looks like a decent deal. I’m guessing you have double taxation due to your location.
Yeah. If the zip is 606XX, there is a 9% Chicago personal use tax. And then the sales tax is 9.5%. Chicago is terrible for leasing 
I am actually in the suburbs so only have to pay the sales tax, above deal doesnt double tax. I kind of want to make the deal but have found other better deals posted here so not sure if I should wait for next month and labor day is coming up also. On the other hand BMW might increase MF
