Long time listener, first time caller as they say…
What are people seeing for discounts? Have an opening offer on a 24 month lease for 538/month no money down on a MSRP 39,990 car not including tax tag or fees. When I back that into the calculator it looks like about a 9% off MSRP with $1500 option allowance on top.
Just wondering if folks in the Sunshine state are seeing anything close to some of those Cali and VA deals.
Might have to go outside of FL and have the car shipped, Adrian Avilla is at one of the United dealerships near Atlanta, he might not always have the best price but he doesn’t screw around, and generally his prices that are at least competitive.
Of course you can. I also live in FL and got my car in Atlanta. It was much cheaper, but also got some headaches buying over the phone. Overall I am a happy camper
@G8rguy, glad to see your post. I’ll be in the market for lease in next few months as my current lease expires in February. I’m new to Florida and haven’t see a lot of info on leasing deals for FL. I’ve seen a couple people mention going to Atlanta for BMW but I haven’t set on a particular brand so I’m lurking each FL discussion to see what deals can be found. Good luck on your quest.
I’ll report how it goes. I’m working a few dealers here in town, but I just emailed the Atlanta guy so we’ll see. I’m going to actually be in VA this week for work, tempted to roll into Sterling BMW and see if that 340i deal is real.
That 340 is long gone, I live 5 miles from there (my 335 is there right now) and I have never come close to getting a car from them, their prices are at best ok. I mean if you are flying into dulles and have a couple of hours to kill sure, but they are not a good leasehackr dealer.
Here’s round 3 with one of the dealers. Pretty pathetic no?
MSRP: 44,145
Sale price: 40,555
Mf: .00155 <-because .00136 is the buy rate not the sell rate or some nonsense
Acquisition: 925
Capped adds/fees: 1548
Adjusted cap cost: $42102.74
Base monthly rental: $470
Total payment: $503
Sales tax:$1190.52
Upfrt annual fees: $402
Upfrt initial fees: $66.50
Amount due at start: $970
For a demo your deal is far from exceptional, pretty much $hit actually.
This car assuming $600 to ship from GA to FL, and bank fee rolled into the lease would be a hair under $300 a month with base MF 36/10k. Tax would be in addition, drive offs would be first month and whatever DMV fees FL has. If you qualify for loyalty take another $30 bucks a month off.
