Given the current situation I am wondering if this a deal to pursue or not. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated

The sales rep says they mark it up by .0004! Not willing to negotiate
There’s nothing wrong with them marking up the mf if they’re giving a commensurate discount.
In this case, they’re not.
You can probably get a new one for a lot cheaper through a broker here.
That’s crap! Specially with an undiscounted Msrp price. This happened this week to me when I got a quote from a dealer no discount and .00133 MF. Come on, either lower the msrp or lower the MF.
They did discount it a bit but that was cos it’s a loaner.
Not a good deal. Check market place broker ads
