With limited allocations thus far, we are discounting the 2027 X5 $1,000 with no mark-ups or add-ons on the east coast.

What about ix3? Any news on lease?
Most of our dealerships have a number of people lined up for these. One dealership has 50 allocations, and they’re all reserved as customer orders.
So as it turns out, the remaining iXs were missing from the print-out I had! 3 cars are left. The first person will get 9% off one of the remaining NEW iXs.
$899 fee.
Please do not expect these to be $600. They’re not. They’re over $850 with drive-offs paid at signing, with loyalty or corporate, and over $1,050 with the first month at signing. Be prepared.
We’re now at 25% off. This X2 needs to go!

Is it worth exploring lease on XM or M5
I’m not sure as to what you mean? Neither one is a cheap lease. I wouldn’t get an XM without loyalty and GKL loyalty. On the M5, it doesn’t matter. They’re two completely different cars though.
GKL conquest? All you need is a car registered under business, and new lease as personal (or vice versa).
GKL conquest is on a few cars, but it’s only $2,000. On some cars, loyalty is $5,000, and GKL is another $2,000. On the XM, for instance, it’s $7,500 loyalty plus another $2,000 for GKL. There’s no GKL conquest on it at all right now.
Yes, but still better than nothing in lieu of GKL loyalty
From a brief, preliminary check, programs look the same. More to come once the full programs are out.
We’re getting A LOT of requests for X5s for $800 a month. It won’t happen. Please be realistic.
For those who are wondering, on a $100,000 X7, a 15-month lease is about $150 a month more than a 39-month lease, before tax and fees. It’s only a good idea if you need a car for a shorter term and are willing to pay more.
Given how easy it is to transfer with BMWFS it honestly only really makes sense if you have a visa expiration that doesn’t work with a 36 or 39mo lease.
if I buy a loaner would I be titled as a first owner or a second?
It depends on the state. Most cars are not yet titled.
