In th calculator, there is an option that says BEV dealer cash coupon. How do I know if I qualify and how do you ask the dealer to incorporate it into a deal?
Im not the best person to answer this but I believe you have to straight up ask if they have them available-not every dealership gets them to my knowledge.
Those are applied at the dealer’s discretion, so build 5 into your offer (I’m assuming 5 is still the max). (You don’t need the dealer’s input for anything on your offer)
On my CA agreement they were included in the dealer discount, but I’ve more commonly seen them included in the incentives/rebates section.
While you are unlikely to be able to influence how your dealer applies them, it does impact your total lease cost in states where sales tax is charged on incentives, as it is in CA and most states.
