Better priced mid-sized alternatives to 2016 Malibu

I’m having trouble getting dealers to come down on price and stack all incentives on the new Malibu. Looking for alternatives.

What are the incentives, residual, and money factor on the following in Michigan?

  • Buick Regal Premium

  • Chrysler 200S or 200C

Any other suggestions?

2016 Buick Regal
24/10K: 60% residual, .00040 MF
36/10K: 55% residual, .00050 MF
$2,532 lease cash

Targeted incentives:

  • $2,000 Employee Lease Cash (for those under GM Employee Purchase program: GM Dealership Employee, GM Supplier Discount and GM Employee Purchase Program)
  • $1,500 Competitive Lessee Conquest OR $500 GM Lease Loyalty
  • $500 Farm Bureau

Unfortunately we do not have Chrysler numbers.

2016 Fusion Titanium looks like a solid lease:

24/10.5K: 64% residual, 2.25% APR
36/10.5K: 55% residual, 0.25% APR
$2,000 RCL lease cash + $750 “Matching Down” cash

Targeted incentives, choose from one of the following:

  • $1,000 Conquest Cash (Customers that currently Own or Lease a 1995 or newer non-Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Motor Company Car, SUV or Light Duty Truck will receive Conquest Cash towards the purchase or lease of an eligible new vehicle)
  • $500 Grad/Military/First Responders
  • $500 Ford Credit Lease Renewal

PLUS $500 Ford Farm Bureau Association (Qualifying residents of the United States who register and receive the ecertificate and are active members for minimum 60 days of the following Farm Bureau member states: MO, TN, MI, AZ, IL, GA, KS, IA & MS)

Thanks for these Michael! How about the Impala? I know it’s more expensive than the Malibu MSRP-wise, but do they lease any better? What are the numbers and incentives in Michigan? Thanks!
