Hello! I’m trying to help my neighbor hack a supercar. What is the best exotic car to hack at the moment in your opinion? I would consider an exotic: McLaren, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Audi R8, Ford GT, Porsche (Turbo, GT3), etc.
Maybe start with becoming “super supporter” and let us know how it goes. I think the last (and the only) “supercar” hacked was Aston like 8 years ago(?). Good luck.
The new Ferrari EV is going to be super hackable.
While I guess you may not consider a McLaren in the Supercar category we did recently see the $85k one pay on the Artura for 36/5 in TX of all places.
Where did I say that? lol
P.S. GOAT’s hacks don’t count ![]()
OP is the one who got the McLaren…
It would be nice if I recognized that and put two & two together when I went searching for it then….
For a lease? Good luck.
You could hunt for something that’s likely to hold value or has taken a depreciation hit already.
@GoldenRocksAuto has posted a supercar.
The Aston numbers were trash. 4% discount and 7.344% MF on a one pay lease. Total was over $120k for 3 years 5k miles per year. Everything lined up with rate finder. Not worth trying to negotiate the discount further, they’d have to drop it $47k to get close to the Artura pricing.
There are opportunities with Maserati because some models are heavily discounted. It’s not a Lamborghini, and you’re still paying a huge sum, but you can find something nice and definitely spend less than $120k on a 3-year lease.
For $90k, you could even buy a 2024 GranTurismo outright, and many people on the street would think the GranTurismo and that Vantage cost the same.
@aronchi has something to say about this lol
No matter how ugly it is, it was sold out already
Why would anyone ever agree to do that? You could purchase an infinite number of superior cars and drive them for 3 years for less than 120k
Some paid over MSRP for Hummer EVs…
I was joking but yeah, not surprised it’s sold out. Some people just need/want/can afford the logo.
I don’t think it’s sold out but many placed orders to maintain purchase history for access to the limited edition cars. If you’re in it for the cost of ownership, this business model doesn’t work for you. For the true collectors who can afford the hobby, losing $100k-500k is acceptable if it allows you to buy the 1 of 500 or 1 of 1000 models.
@Pinhigh27 I agree with you but am curious which cars you had in mind when you replied.
