With the Chevy leasing staying about the same (except for the certificates replacing the bonus tags) are they still the go to for a cheap lease this month. I have had my eye on Kia/Hyundai leases this month and they seem pretty good. Historically, Kia and Hyundai get pretty aggressive in the summer and I am expecting decent deals. Locally, I have seen 2017 Sorento LX for 158 with 0 Down.
Has anyone had luck with any other manufacturers? I am most likely looking to get into a small suv in the month of June and since I have mostly been tracking Chevy, I have lost touch with the other manufacturers. Thanks for the help!
I should have clarified what “best” means. Thank you for pointing that out. I am looking for the lowest payment. I know “best” can sometimes be “best bang for the buck” and the qx60 definitely represents a lot of car for the price. I am more looking for the lowest payment on a small/mid suv right now. I had kept my eye on the chevy equinox/trax for a while but my local dealer advertising 2017 Sorento LX AWD for 158 a month with 0 down seem to be very enticing.
Gotcha. The best data point I saw in that category was a Honcker deal last month where they were offering a Trax for $113/mo with $0 drive off (or $81/mo with something like $1,000 down). This is in SoCal. I considered pulling the trigger on it just because of how good the price was, but remembered that I don’t have a need or want for it. So that’ll probably be your most ambitious benchmark.
EDIT: Maybe talk to @Randy_Haddox1. Per another thread, he’s got a $29k Equinox and $37k Equinox for ~$175 and ~$225 respectively.
Thanks for the info! In the Northeast, we do not get as good as the deals in SoCal. I did run by a 2017 Equinox with a MSRP of around 26k for 109 a month for a 39 month lease with 0 down. I’m assuming that includes every rebate one can possibly qualify for.
Yes exactly! Unless they are willing to further discount the car, then you are on the hook for the extra 800. However, these are website advertised deals so I believe you can try and negotiate that extra 800 off.
Yes that is very true. We have 2 kia and 1 hyundai lease in the home. That can help a bit for conquest or loyalty lease incentives. I’m not a recent grad or military so missing out on those incentives.
It is difficult to compare the lease deals for all makes and models. There are so many factors you nees to consider. Here is the lease ranking for suv deals in June 2017
