I finished the month with 31.5 Cars sold! my highest total ever!
Number one at my dealership. We also hit a milestone by being the first store in our company to sell 400 cars!
Thank you to all of you who not only bought cars but spread the word:+1:. So many people come to me referred from a friend on LH. I give always do my best to give them the experience you promised them. They leave happy and iā€™m sure you hear praise for sending them in the right direction. Thanks again to all of you. It was a crazy month and I canā€™t wait to do it again. October update coming soon. takes off hat and takes a bow*

Congrats! [20ā€¦]

I know October rates arenā€™t out yet. I want to get a Bolt LT. Not in a rush to get the car. Wondering if itā€™s better to wait a couple months for November/December deals or if you think the price will stay pretty much the same.

October specials still arenā€™t out yet. I will post updates when they come out. hopefully tomorrow.

Random question, but Iā€™ve always wondered what numbers dealers use when there is a lag between old and new incentives. Do you still do the deal with the numbers that supposedly expired previously and backdate the paperwork? I wouldnā€™t think GM or any other manufacturer wouldnā€™t allow you to sell cars while you wait for them.

Phil, are the two year leases any good on the Bolt?

We use last month until this monthā€™s numbers come out. So this month it went until the 2nd and new numbers came out yesterday, but out CRM (computer system for sales staff) updates a day later.

only 36 and 39 month on a Bolt and Volt. (the state rebate requires you to have the vehicle for 30 months anyway)

Sometimes I advise to wait for better prices and people love that. People on LH love to wait. But when I advise to hurry up or miss a deal people on LH act skeptical. Like prices donā€™t go up and down, but always keep falling. Prices are only going up on 2017ā€™s at this point. (Chevy has sold enough where they will all sell out, why keep lowering prices? why wouldnā€™t they raise them?)
There are peaks and valleyā€™s. prices wonā€™t be going down again until next years price drop on 2018. for now prices are gradually increasing as time goes along.

Long story short If you want a Bolt now is the time to get it!

The Rebates for Bolt have went down slightly this month meaning prices did go up slightly. but not a huge rebate drop like the Volt was. The big rebate drop will come soon.

When this happened on the Volt it was endless emails of ā€œmy friend gotā€ and ā€œI though it was X priceā€ but I can only provide the best price currently possible. New pricing coming soon. Lowest prices around but slightly more then last month.

I made some adjustments and it looks like price will only increase by a few dollars a month. the next increase will be greater if there is one.

Will there still be ivc or bonus tag cars this month?

prices are climbing not falling, you definitely donā€™t want to wait.

Are 33 month leases allowed or 36 is the minimum? Thanks for the help.

So here is how the Costco auto program works. You get supplier price and you get a Costco gift card.
contact me before you sign up on their website and generate a sales lead.

"Exclusively for Costco members, purchase or lease an eligible 2017 and 2018 Chevy, Buick, GMC or Cadillac model and receive:*

GM Supplier Pricing
Most currently available GM incentives
Plus, a Costco Cash Card:
$700 for Executive Members
$300 for Gold Star and Business Members"

@ChevyPhil Do you have any deals for Volt with costco membership?

2017 Volt LTā€™s are sold out. Prices have been going up steadily on Volts anyway. Iā€™m focusing on Bolts until 2018 Volts start dropping in price.

For those of you that donā€™t know me or how I do business, here is what a few other LH members had to say.

@tOYO
I contacted @ChevyPhil on Saturday and Sunday I signed the lease.
All details worked out over text/email, when I came to the dealership there were no surprises
and everyone were very professional.

@ChevyPhil is real, no bullshit, answers promptly with the important details numbers.
Not your regular ā€œcome over and weā€™ll talkā€ or "all you should care is the monthly payment"
like some of the other dealers I contacted.

@przyjaciel4h
I bugged @ChevyPhil to let me know when the bonus tag vehicles would hit and (safely)
raced down to San Jose to take advantage of the deal as soon as the manager at the dealer
tagged the cars. Highly recommend dealing with him, straight up and friendly guyā€¦"

Just got off the phone with @ChevyPhil
Very nice and ethical salesman. Told me where to get the best deal and didnā€™t try to convince me to come to his dealership.
I would recommend giving him a call if you have questions
a neighboring dealer has the best deal. Iā€™ll be picking up the volt tomorrow

@Babo
Talked to Phil, he gave me some really good insights on purchasing a 2017 Volt and got me a killer
price on one of the cars in his inventory, 2017 Volt LT in Heather Gray Metallic w/ Comfort Package + leather
seats. Amazing guy who actually knows his cars - didnā€™t try to upsell me on anything, just explained what was
available. Went in around 8:30pm, walked out the door around 11pm with my Volt! Would highly recommend for
anyone whoā€™s planning to lease or buy a car near the Bay Area. Thanks man :slight_smile:

I got this exact deal with Phil 3 weeks ago. fast process and no haggling and they even included the car pool lane stickers. Very happy with the service with Phil and the overall experience with Capitol Chevy.:ok_hand::thumbsup:

@seabiscuit18h
A big thanks to Phil! My bolt lease deal was just as he posted in this forum. No surprises and easy transaction. :+1:t5:

@ben22d
Just drove back home with a Bolt LT from Phil. He was super easy to work with, and as everyone else on this forum has mentioned, the deal was exactly what we had discussed over email. Highly recommended.

Costco Pricing has really been great for everyone without supplier codes. Weā€™re doing a lot of deals and iā€™m selling out of certain colors and trim levels. text or email me for availability and to set a appointment.

Iā€™m getting so busy these days iā€™m only working deals at this point, If your in the early stages and need to to just test drive and and compare with other vehicles iā€™ll have one of my product specialists work with you on the vehicle and iā€™ll follow up when your ready.

I leased 29 Bolts EVā€™s last month, a personal record and probably a Chevy record. This pricing is making my job easy and iā€™m riding this wave into this month. Please work with me on appointment times and availability and Iā€™m looking forward to another big month! :+1:

In your experience, does the Costco pricing end up being a bit of a double edged sword? I know that you can supposedly negotiate below the Costco supplier discount and stay eligible for the gift card, but who would do that when the dealer is already paying Costco a commission? That money has to come from somewhere, no?
