Hey, I called @leaseit1 and I got my BOLT for 99 pennies a month at Dewey Cheatem and Howe… Most dealers charge for wipers, seats and tires and paint but this guy spray painted mine neon red for free and charged it from an extension cord coming from the neighbor’s yard 
Come on down … and they took my 20 year old bicycle in trade …
I don’t drive much, so it is only 100 miles a year lease …

I do not take that into account. You would get that back. as well as $500 from PG&E, so its like -$3,000 down lol.

a California address. usually on your ID or a utility bill proving you live there. Some people have multiple residences and have one in C.A. and that is fine.
