You mentioned DAS is $2239 + broker fee, and monthly $309 includes taxes and fees. $309 give an assumption of $0 DAS (excluding your $399 fee).
Kindly clarify if its truly $309 plus the DAS or $309 $0 DAS.

What? It’s pretty clear what the deal is. Nowhere does it say anything about a $0 DAS deal.
It states “Monthly Payment: $342 includes all taxes and fees”. I am asking the broker for clarity since fees were listed above but then the monthly states that it is included.
