Refund Policy:
100% refund will be given when a deal is not able to be honored by the dealer
50% refund will be given when your credit is not able to be approved.
50% refund will be given when a customer backs out due to credit ratings impacting the payment.
50% refund will be given if a customer backs out for an in-transit or in-stock unit
50% refund will be given when a buyer changes their mind after credit is pulled for an in-stock unit
No Refunds will be given for custom orders that have entered production or can no longer be modified.
Quotes Policy: We’ll gladly provide two quotes at no charge. Any additional quotes beyond that will be $50 per quote. The fee can be credited toward your deposit or applied to our concierge service once you decide to move forward. Alternatively, we will gladly refund it if you present a written offer from another broker or dealer that exceeds our offer.
We plan to post deals in our LH threads as well as list them in our deals spreadsheet. Due to the high volume of requests and rapid inventory changes we do not plan to list every single deal in the spreadsheet. If you are interested in a particular model, please fill out our Customer Contact Form and we will be glad to assist you with your inquiry.

Hi All, We’ve been overloaded this month with requests where folks outside the NY, NJ area have been reaching out to us and requesting multiple quotes. Our team spends a lot of time and effort in creating the monthly deals spreadsheet for your convenience. So effectively immediately we will be taking a $100 refundable deposit from all customers outside the NY metro area that submit an inquiry. We will gladly refund the deposit if you can beat our quote in writing or it gets applied to specified broker fees on the deal in the spreadsheet. We highly encourage all prospective customers to utilize and take advantage of the published monthly deals spreadsheet. Use the deals spreadsheet to to run your own deals if you know your tax rate and dmv fees using the calcs posted. These are easy to lookup and we also highly encourage becoming a super supporter on LeaseHackr, this will provide you access to Rate Findr / Calculator.
Priority will be given to the customers who provide exact details in the inquiry form. People emailing us or texting us asking for the cheapest or best deal possible without providing details in the inquiry will be last in the line.
