When I look through the Kia deals and start building one out, there are messages that the incentives are only through April or June of this year. Are the numbers here still valid?
I have to say the communication from the brokers at AutoCompanion is on the poor side. Some of the deals seem to be too good to be true, and as soon as you start prodding and asking relevant questions, you get brushed off, ignored, or patronized. If I am going to pay you $999 you need to work for me and treat me like a client because that is what I would be. Oh well. Your organizations loss.
I’ve done deals with AutoCompanion and while they can be hard to get a hold of, the issue is they have some top notch deals and when you want the “too good to be true’s”, you can’t be picky about colors and options and have to be ready to sign what you’re given. Or you can get a good-great deal thats not unicorn level where you can be a bit more picky and have back and forth, but those are “I’ve got time” deals. Theres numerous broker’s outside of here that i know who will basically baby you along the way, go to the dealership for you, and explain options and features, they’re generally getting you a good deal but not a hackr deal, you pay them to be your concierge. Here, you tend to pay brokers for ACCESS to the great deals, and they also coordinate most of the paperwork and dealings for you, but they aren’t meant to be your butler
Oh I’m aware of this. But when you are asking simple questions about finances rather than trims or the like, and then you get spoken down to in an abrupt manner. That’s when it becomes rude.
