They should open on 9/15
maybe consider check with your dealer?
I think people(including me) place an order based on previous information that:
- Order bank open 8/15
- ~6 months wait time.
given the new development, now:
- Order bank won’t open until 9/15
- Not even sure new retail order can be submitted in the next 6 months or so, let alone taking delivery…
Thanks for your post. We check with our dealer and post the latest information provided by Ford. Unfortunately neither us nor the dealer have any control over Ford production windows.
If orders open 9/15 as communicated by Ford then based on what was provided orders can be submitted then.

What’s production timing look like for these? (Vs say a 2023 4xe Sahara taking 12-15 weeks)?
We have no accurate timeline at this time.
What’s tax crest credit status
Mach e satisfies the NA manufacturing requirement, so if you take delivery through the end of 2022, nothing has changed.
Starting 2023, it hasnt been disqualified yet, but it is still to be determined if it will satisfy the battery requirements to qualify for a credit.
