Sorry but for a $1000 broker fee they should at least respond and provide guidance, especially when the dealership they use serviced the vehicle prior to selling it for the same problem.

Iâd say its more of a dealer issue than the broker unless you could prove they knew about it beforehand. Just sounds like shady practice from the dealership and you have their information already. That being said I have a wrangler 4xe, my cousin has one and my friend has a GC 4xe and between the recalls and the issues with the car itself, theyâve all been in the shop more than theyâve been driven. Iâd find a way to lemon it and get rid of it asap.

I did not go through a broker I had the same issue with my 4xe
I called Stellantis and demanded they put me into a rental. I then called enterprise and asked them how much a Range Rover costed (it was 129/day).
I then circled back with stellantis and told them that the cheapest car Enterprise had is 129/day. They approved and I drove a range ranger until they fixed the car (which unfortunately only took a week).
Super smooth process

Not sure they owe you a reply. A broker doesnât deal with technical / warranty related items post-sale. You signed an agreement with a manufacturer and finance company for a vehicle that comes with a bumper to bumper warranty. You should use it.
I ordered an x5 50e for my brother in law and he took it at the end of Feb. He hasnât seen it in over a month. Itâs going to go through a 
process. He doesnât hound me about it, because he knows that itâs going to be handled with bmw corporate, service and his dealer.
I sold a zdx a few weeks ago, which is probably going to be , too. Guy has reached out twice to complain, and i notified him that i handle the transaction, not the post sale. I wonât reply the third time.
