I had a bmw that ended up being a total loss back in November. Have not gotten a new car since then, would I still qualify for loyalty?

Looks like you qualify for loyalty:
- Current BMW Owners: If you currently own a BMW and you’ve been released from your loan, you likely qualify. You’ll need to show proof of ownership: your vehicle registration, auto insurance card, vehicle title, or DCS Vehicle Inquiry.
- Former BMW Owners: If you’ve sold your BMW within the last twelve months, you still have time to access the BMW lease program. Here as well, you’ll need to show proof of ownership in one of the forms specified above.
- Current BMW Financial Services Owner/Lessee: Still paying off your loan or finishing out your lease contract? Qualify for BMW Loyalty credit with your BMW Financial Service number or your VIN.
- Former BMW Financial Services Owner/Lessee: Here as well, the recent expiration of your lease or loan is no obstacle. As long as you were either leasing a BMW or paying one off during the last 12 months, you can qualify with your BMW Financial Services number or your VIN.

Yes you would. my BMW was also a total loss after disaster struck, but I qualify for loyalty, so you should too!
