similar experience. I reached out the second I saw this, had to ask 3 times for the sticker and 5 times for the demo miles, and then once the sticker was sent it was a lower MSRP.

I ended up deleting my posts.

I received a call from the owner and he clearly cares about what he does. We talked it through and I genuinely feel like there was no malicious intent, just a series of miscommunications. As a business owner myself, this type of thing happens and ultimately it’s how systems end up being improved.

I wish I had reached out directly. My user account here and my emails to lease the vehicle were looked at as two different entities, so I essentially lost the vehicle to myself. :joy:

After a pleasant conversation, everything was cleared up and I finalized the lease. I’m even looking into leasing or buying an F150 through AutoNinjas. Thanks again!
