Hey LH Family!
As many of you know, a majority of our team is based in SW Florida and will likely be affected by Hurricane Milton now that it has been upgraded to a Category 5. Luckily, everyone has been able to make evacuation plans to other places in Florida, but there might be a slight delay in response time while people are prepping and evacuating! Similarly, depending on the impact, there may be periods of connectivity and power outages.
To pitch in and do our part to help out the community, we will be waiving our service fee for any Florida customers whose cars are totaled as a result of Hurricane Milton.

UPDATE
Our team is safe, save for a couple of our team members taking on some roof damage, all of our team is safe and sound. Some of us, myself included, are still waiting for power/internet restoration at our homes and office but we have a lot of confidence in our state with their emergency response and are confident we will be up and fully operational by Monday, if not sooner.

We will be making a more formal announcement next week with more details and a claim form, but Auto Ninjas will be waiving our $599 Service Fee for anyone who lost a vehicle in Hurricane Milton or Hurricane Helene.
