Likely not - Hyundai & Mazda had incredibly low lease penetration (as compared to purchases) in TX between 2021-2023 that there’s not enough juice in the pool (as compared to a lot of the luxury brands that are over 50% lease).

It would be based on whatever tax rate and method of your registering state. Where it is purchased wouldn’t effect that unless there was special tax credits on that particular car.
