Sorry I am new here. What do you mean by Buy Rate? For example something that has $500off MSRP & Buy Rate.
Generally it means the money factor (interest rate) on the lease isnāt marked up.

Yep thatās correct - almost all Hyundai dealers mark it up 40 points (max allowed by HMF).
