šŸ”„ Auto Ninjas July CDJR & Ford South Deals! Wrangler Sport 4x4 at $249/mo+tax w Inceptions!

Frankly we were just absolutely bombarded and admittedly overlooked it - as I thought Matt’s lengthy update sufficiently addressed the exact state of inventory. For that we apologize. A little bizarre for you to torch us for it, but per your request, we have updated it in a few places, as I hope it better communicates things.

In the meantime for the other clients who inquired, we’re trying to get a better idea of which in transit units will make it for the month of December, organize and distribute accordingly - right now no one (not even the GM, or the factory) knows exactly as there’s a lot of variables. There’s a lot that will be end of December early Jan and it will be a bit of a toss up until the date gets a little closer.

Additionally, we will be posting up a custom order sale on the 4xe’s, so that for those with specific tastes, or whom don’t mind waiting, will have an option to lock in programs and reserve their car.

Thank you to the community - almost all of you have been absolutely fantastic to deal with and we should have a better handle on it soon! Cheers

Yes i agree with you , it is a little bizarre for a person act like that after being ghosted twice for a same deal on 72 hour period that too after talking on the phone both times….

I’m going to address this once and leave it here as we have already publicly stated that we are overwhelmed with inquiries and are behind on responses, enough so where we are actively asking for no more inquiries on these Saharas. They are sold out. As you and everyone here can see in your texts you posted (kind of not cool to post my teams’ phone numbers publicly, especially since one is a personal number) these are two different numbers. This is because the second person that contacted you was Nick who jumped in to try to help assist some clients that needed responses. You talked to two separate people, without added context we can only speculate to the difference in numbers in terms of which MSRP he was using, which rebates, discount is less on an order since in-stock is enhanced right now, etc. If we hypothetically still had that car, you qualified for affiliate and full rebate stack, then sure the one pay should be about that (good time to remind everyone to NOT use the LH Calc for CDJR one pays, the rate reduction rules changed, it won’t be accurate). That cars gone and this is unproductive, we are sorry, we would rather have an unlimited in stock supply of these things and an army of staff to handle everything perfectly, but that is just not the case no matter how much we all wish it. We understand and own the fact that our response time has been poor, we aren’t disputing that, but we are being open about it while we work to get caught up.

Personally, we haven’t seen lease deals like these in a while and I’m thankful to have them to even fight about - it’s a good problem to have. It’s like black friday right now, everyone’s ready to trample a box of kittens for that 70% off Samsung TVs deal and everyone’s pissed the line is out the door.

This thread is a great example of how some people feel instantly entitled to something that didn’t even exist a few days ago

I was one that also inquired…and Nathan got back to me…was it immediate, no…did I expect it to be, absolutely not!! When we did connect, he was always thorough and professional. I can only imagine how slammed you all got after that announcement. Thanks for bringing the deal to LH. Look forward to grabbing one in a few weeks!!

Im sorry about posting numbers, that was not my intention, the one pay $6800 number I didn’t get from the calculator, it was given to me by the 1st person who called and told me he will get back to with the eta of the unit because i was told it was in transit, and the person was aware that i do qualify for all the rebates, and then for next 48 hrs crickets, that when the second person called and texts a onepay number without giving info on the msrp or anything and then boom :boom: crickets again, and i know how you guys are busy and everything I’m busy too so respect goes vice versa cause when you text me and i reply right away within seconds and no reply from your end that means you are plain ignoring the person, and i’ve been in this forum for quite long time and i do know how business works, heck I’ve even referred you clients who bought wrangler from you, and thank you for editing the post, i see that you still have the williys 4xe $57225 msrp i would like to take that one thank you :pray:t4: hope to hear from you soon

Breathe Sharif, breathe!! That was an impressively long sentence

Who knew Dec 2023 we’d still be clawing over each other for wranglers?? Peak insanity never left

QUICK PROGRAM UPDATE

If you are one of the rare clients that qualify for true Employee Pricing, our dealer will apply an additional discount for that (roughly +2% discount) however we found out the TDM code will not stack with Employee Pricing. There is no way for us to force the stack, we will not pay for the $1,000 TDM, the dealer will not pay for the $1,000 TDM.

IF there is ever a case where a rebate or incentive won’t be approved by Stellantis for dealer payment, then there will be no way for it to be applied to your deal. If the dealer can’t get paid on it, you can’t be paid on it - that simple.

Additionally, if anyone resorts to strong arming techniques or barates any of our team, we have a complete right to refuse your deal. We understand the car buying process is stressful, there’s a lot of money at play for everyone, but we’re all people and we not only have our reputation to protect, but our dealerships. Dealership surveys are highly coveted as most of you know due to the immense amount of Manufacturer money tied to them, it simply isn’t worth the risk to have a customer who is ready to go nuclear the second a bump in the road arises. All it takes is a few bad surveys for these deals to go away for everyone, we simply can’t take that risk. This is not some license for us or our dealer to treat anyone poorly or mishandle your deal, but deals can get complex and have a lot of moving parts, sometimes things don’t go 100% perfectly. If anyone has worked with me directly, you’ll likely know I truly do care about our clients’ experience, but if we feel expectations don’t align then we need to make the best decision for all parties involved, including the community.

I just want to follow- up what Matt said with my own experience, as I’ve been dealing with Matt and Nathan for the past 9 days on a CDJR Vehicle.

To make a long story short, I would have liked the dealer to change the deal to a one-pay, and pass along the full savings in MF. The dealer dragged their feet for days, and ultimately came back and said they won’t do it.

Matt and Nathan didn’t THINK it would be a problem, but at the end of the day, it was, for the dealer.

Now, am I disappointed? Yes. Like 99% of the people on here, I want the sweetest deal I can get on a particular vehicle.

But, am I blaming Matt or Nathan? Hell, no. They were lobbying to get the dealer to do it. Do I want to continue to be able to deal with Matt and Nathan in the future? Hell yes.

A good broker will always be able to find dealers to work with.

And, In the auto industry, deals change every month, 12 times a year. We’ve all dealt with a lot of changes in the auto industry over the past four or five years. Let’s all remember, it’s the brokers on this site that are doing the research and bringing us deals that 99% of us would never be able to realize on our own.

Let’s all keep this in mind the next time we’re not happy with a particular situation, and dealing with a broker on this site.

agree with this - many have to realize ALN, and brokers on the whole, dont have the final say.

I have maybe 4-5 vehicles under them and a few referrals as well, they’re doing their part best they can even in being short staffed for such programs.

keep at it ALN!!

Thank you @cmdavey and @r15mohd for your continued support both with doing business with us, but publicly here as well. We want to continue to bring the best deals possible to this community and have all the intent in the world to make sure everything goes to plan - quite simply we want to do a good job and we want happy customers. When dealing with a 3rd party (the dealer) in ANY transaction, there is limited control over the situation and as much as it is a reflection on us who we decided to do business with, it is a lot easier said than done and many times at regular volume no issues come, but the second we have 100 people knocking our door down in a weekend the wheels start to fall off.

I did not found Auto Ninjas, Thomas and Chris did, but what some of you may not know is I was a dealer sales manager myself and was Auto Ninjas very first Florida dealer partner. Some of you may have worked with me as their dealer in the early days if you got a Mazda in FL a few years ago. After a large auto group coughMorgancough bought my store out, I strongly disagreed with their business ethics and was the first manager to walk out of that store. My father has been selling cars for almost 40 years, myself now over 10 years, I joined Auto Ninjas because I simply don’t align with traditional car business ethics and saw a better way. I’m now one of the owners and continue to want to provide an option for people to get great, transparent deals and be treated right. We’re fighting for good, please don’t let our shortcomings overshadow our overall objective which is to continue to bring you all the best deals we can.

NOW - enough of all that, we are planning on getting through existing inquiries through the weekend and once we have everyone handled I will be reviewing what available deals are left and posting some fresh deals on Monday. Our dealer really needs to move these Chargers and Challengers and stay tuned for some HD trucks that are burning up some precious floorplan interest. Expect Wrangler order deals to come up as well, inventory is not shaping up to be what we had hoped and frankly need right now, BUT the programs (esp. Sahara) are too good to pass up just because the perfect in stock options aren’t aligning, for those that don’t qualify for Affiliate, this is a perfect chance to jump in on an impeccable Wrangler deal and order it to spec with locked programs and join the Affiliate train.

Thank you everyone!

Just curious if you are getting caught up on your inquiries? I submitted an inquiry on Oct 6th through you website and was interested in the RAM and Challenger deals.

Thanks!

October 6th?! something’s not right there, let me look your name up and see what happened.

-Matt

Oh, sorry that was a typo. It should have been Dec 6th. I don’t know why I had October on the brain.

Dude same here lol . Nathan was very helpful and responsive. I was able to get a GCL L also in Miami area for an insane price compared to what a bunch of dealers quoted me at. Took delivery Friday dec 1st and been loving the car.

24 Month is better - can always extend your lease.
