Unsure what is going on but been trying to get my deal finalized for a few days now and their dealership they’re working with has been dragging their feet. Not a great first experience and don’t know if this is normal or what.
Hi Nick, I do see you and Nathan last spoke around 1PM today, December is the busiest month of the year, both for us and dealers, things are processing slower than usual in general right now, but I will touch base with Nathan and our dealer to see what needs to be done to keep you moving along quickly!

What is the “HFM Special Lease” incentive? Can’t seem to find anything on that on Hyundai site.
That would be a lease cash incentive, manufacturers do not typically disclose lease cash as public incentives, just as they do not disclose residual value and money factor. Also worth noting, Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis do term-based lease incentives, so that rebate amount can be different between say a 13 month, a 24 month, and a 36 month lease on the same exact car.
