What are inceptions?
Inceptions are broken down in each calc for exacts but about $4k roughly (little less on the EQB). Inceptions are pretty much all the fees, applicable taxes, first month payment, etc DAS.
Basically 1500 on Fees and 1500-2500 in sales tax. ugh
Important to note for those who are new to the forums or our deals - posted deal structures are not set in stone, we can re-structure as desired. If you want to only put $1k out of pocket and roll the rest into the payment, completely fine by us, but payment will increase according to structure changes of course.
If you consider the hard discount + rebates, these EQBs are discounted about 33%. If anyone is considering buying one, we would recommend doing a lease first to capture all the tax credit rebates and then doing a lease buyout early.

Not seeing the iX pricing of $588/mo pretax in the spreadsheet - was that a one off unit? 10.25% discount does not get it there.
yes - theres a handful around the $90k range. BMW added a weird wrinkle with MSDs on the new iX where each MSD will now be worth .00004 as opposed to .00006 on all other cars. Will have to update the above deal, but it probably now makes sense to go without MSDs (for the iX specifically)
