5% (same discount) off a 2023 X3 w a $48k window is a $725.84 payment with $3k due - little less with loyalty.
So, while your sentiment about payments in this market being high in general, the CX-50 is comparably about $100 cheaper a month, with a $4k lower MSRP.
IMO - CX-50 is a better candidate for a finance rather than a lease.
Most (previously posted) got sold - i do have a couple carbons coming in & in stock that we want to move asap for the future allocations. Discounts will be less on them the following month - but for now we’re under invoice on them, and buy rate 6% off MSRP.
Extra discount on these specific three units… these will go very quick.

Most of these are sold - have a CX-5 Signature that just landed similar discount behind invoice, and also a CX-9 Touring Premium that is probably the cheapest 3 row SUV someone can buy right now.
Expecting one or two more carbons to land before month end, if someone still wants one of those.
For sample pricing - rolled a CX-9 GT $46k+ MSRP for a CT client for $484 w $3k due plus 1st month. Could be even less with loyalty - term was 36/10k w all T&Fs included.
Carbons will be a little bit cheaper, Signatures a little more expensive!
This is very good for this market! However, a year an a half ago I got my 2021 CX-9 GT for $460 a month with first month due only at signing( all titles, fees, NJ tax included). I guess those days are gone!
Interest rates we’re the lowest they’d ever been a year and a half ago. It is actually discounted pretty much equally as much as your deal from a year and a half back. With interest rates continuing to rise, I fear that lease deals will get more expensive over the next 6 months, not cheaper (especially when the discount is already $1k below invoice).
Yes we do! We can get pretty much anything, just the harder to find stuff will likely be inbound. Have a couple Mazda3s on the ground. Mazda3 hatches have lease programs, sedans are standard rate programs.
