basically, looking for 0 down lease on 7 series (7 seater) with 0 down and NJ tax included.
Please refer to the proper model. The 7 seater BMW SUV is the X7. A 7 series is a 5 seater sedan. Not sure if you know what car you’re even looking for.

I don’t have the deal in hand but you can check other brokers deal as a reference. I think it’s over 800+ for a 80K car.

basically trying to ascertain what I could get in the $500s (including NJ tax) in terms of a 7 seat config (captains chair 2nd row is a must).
Before focusing on a Subaru Ascent (I’m assuming that would be in the low $400s), wanted to see if we could get something a little more tricked out if we spent marginally more.

It depends on your preferences. Even if you could get a ‘luxury’ 7 seater SUV for the 500’s, it wouldn’t be a ‘tricked out’ version. It’d be bare bones base model.
If you want actual features/tech etc - get a higher spec ‘lower’ model like an Atlas/Ascent/Acadia type. If you just want the badge you could maybe try an RX350L (basically unusable 3rd row) or a maybe a QX60. I’ve seen the odd decent deal on a Q7 but they’re rare
