There’s a difference between DAS and down payment. From the looks of this deal, DAS is just the normal taxes/fees. Not asking for a cap cost reduction of $3500 (which I’m not sure how you got in the first place).
~$2,500 all fees & first month + ~$1,000 tax. There is no down payment there, obviously

Your A6 incentives seem off. Theres still 4k in loyalty on the 3.0T, the 1k is for the 2.0T.
They are off 90% of the time
I managed to replicate a deal I did in July on an A6 minus $500. Same 71k ish sticker $611 with first month due at signing in July vs $625 with first month due at signing two days ago 
A6 dropped to 1,000 for loyalty. But Conquest is available at 1,500.
