Audi q5 premier plus lease please help!

hi- please be gentle when responding!

I’m trading in my Audi q7 (one month left) and I’m looking at the q5. Does this make sense? Seems like a lot to me but I don’t know where to push them…

I assume you’re leasing the Q7? No, it doesn’t make sense to sell it to the dealership 1 mo early, if they’re adding $1900 to the new lease.

I would start by researching what Q5s in your preferred trim are doing for by researching the Marketplace and Signed Deals & Tips.

thanks. I feel kind of stuck. They have had my car since april 13 in service and they can’t seem to fix it. I started the buy back process but I am only on day 32 and apparently it takes 60 days to come to the end, and then 4-6 weeks after that to final end it all. So I will be beyond the end of my lease for the q7. I don’t know what to do because if they decide not to buy it back I am screwed, if they agree to buy it back but its already beyond my lease end date. then what? I can’t get anyone to help me from audi. The only thing the dealership told was to just trade it in - well of course then they can sell me a new car. I feel somewhat stuck.

Have you contacted lemon-law attorney to ask for advice?

I have no experience w/ this (and haven’t read about a timing situation like you’ve described), but I assume that, if you want to see the buyback process through, you could extend your lease?

If Audi decides to not buy the car back, can’t you simply return it when the lease has concluded?

Well don’t take their word for it if that’s what you’re doing.

And why would you spend your money on such a shitty company again?

You are not going to fit 4 kids in a Q5 to begin with. Hopefully they have given you a loaner while they have the car. Just ride it out until the end of the lease then tell AFS or whatever bank holds the lease where you turned in the car. The dealership that has the car should be able to ground it for you when the lease ends. I assume the vehicle is still under warranty. What is wrong with it?
