Hi just to clarify, your DAS is really a down payment since it says tax title and tags aren’t included?
Also any tax credits for texas buyers?

We work with buyers from every state, so yes — you’re correct that DAS (due at signing) is essentially your upfront payment before tax, title, and tags in your state.
As for Texas, there aren’t any tax credits available right now.
